Job Responsibilities Design and architect Java-based software solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Lead the integration of applications using Hibernate and other middleware technologies to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Develop and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for object-oriented design and development. Collaborate with development teams to review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to architectural principles. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve software quality and development efficiency. Work closely with system administrators to optimize application performance on Linux operating systems. Participate in requirement analysis, technical feasibility studies, and risk assessments to support project planning. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in Java programming and software architecture design. Proficiency with Hibernate ORM framework and application integration techniques. Strong understanding of object-oriented methodologies and design patterns. Experience working with Linux operating systems in a development or production environment. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Previous experience leading software development teams or projects.
