Neurology Territory Business Manager, Nashville (Overlay)

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology franchise in the Nashville area to support product launches and drive demand generation. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration with healthcare professionals and specialty providers, and achievement of sales objectives across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular territory travel and overnight stays as needed to serve assigned geography
- Develop local market strategy and territory plans aligned with launch priorities
- Collaborate with local and regional team members to coordinate customer engagement
- Communicate and engage with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience with product launches
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy
- Understanding of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
