Pre-Screen, Intake & Client Development Lead

Veterans Care Coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Lead for the Intake and Client Development departments with responsibilities for managing the pace and accuracy of document collection in Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development.
  • Lead Rapid Fire Daily Huddle Meetings.
  • Review reports for each area to maintain department efficiency and effectiveness in following policies & procedures to deliver a positive client experience, as well as maximize Starts of Care by reaching department performance standards and VCC growth targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to Intake and Client Development team members as needed.
  • Maintain an individual caseload by performing Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development Specialist duties as needed to support department needs, performance metrics, and growth targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development processes and responsibilities is required. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
