Dental receptionist / admin

Job Description

If you understand the impact of every open hour, and you know how to fill it - fast - you might be the right fit.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Strategically managing the provider schedule for maximum productivity

- Handling short-notice changes and cancellations with professionalism and urgency

- Accurately verifying dental insurance and understanding how it impacts treatment planning

- Maintaining excellent communication with doctor, assistants and management

- Serving as a reliable, composed point of contact for patients and internal staff alike

Salary Range

full-time $16 - $25 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

- Commission-Based Incentives: Receive additional compensation for successfully processing insurance claims, handling billing tasks, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wed: 7:45 AM - 4 PM; Thurs: Closed; Friday: 7:45 AM - 1 PM.

- Breaks: 30-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).

- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.

- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
