What You’ll Do As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring finished products meet customer requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities: Inspect finished parts and assemblies for quality, appearance, and workmanship Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment such as: Calipers Micrometers Tape measures Gauges Review work orders, specifications, and manufacturing instructions Identify defects, dimensional discrepancies, surface imperfections, coating issues, and other non‑conformances Tag, document, and segregate non‑conforming materials Verify proper packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation Complete inspection reports and accurately record measurements and findings Communicate quality concerns to production leadership and team members Perform minor touch‑ups or corrections when permitted Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operating procedures Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, fabrication, machining, welding, or a related industrial environment Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written work instructions and specifications Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Preferred: Previous quality control or quality assurance experience Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or technical specifications Background in fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or production environments Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and inspection techniques What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes pride in delivering high‑quality work Has strong measurement and inspection skills Notices defects before they become customer issues Understands the importance of accuracy and consistency Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors Thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Values safety, quality, and teamwork Why Apply?
