Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or injuries to improve mobility and function
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's degree)
• CPR certification (BLS) required
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
