About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations, Construction to lead its nationwide telecommunications construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a zero-incident safety culture, owning the P&L for all construction operations, and driving revenue growth and margin performance. This executive will also be tasked with leading and developing a team of Vice Presidents, standardizing processes and best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. A key aspect of the role is to identify and pursue strategic contracts that generate sustainable revenue and strong margins. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in telecommunications construction or a related industry, with at least 7 years at the VP level or equivalent. The role requires a deep knowledge of telecom construction, P&L management, and field management systems, as well as strong financial and operational analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of scaling construction or field services operations. Executive presence, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and hold senior teams accountable are essential. The position involves frequent travel and a commitment to championing a strong safety culture.
