- Board Status: Must be current (no lapsed certification accepted)
- New York Medical License: Required or ability to obtain
- DEA: Required
- General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) including:
- Brain injury
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Spinal cord injury
- Amputee rehabilitation
- Cardiopulmonary conditions
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Practice setting:
- Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation
- No visa sponsorship
- No locum candidates
- Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
- No candidates with lapsed board certification
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient PM&R care
- Manage diverse rehabilitation patient population
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team:
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Internal medicine physicians
- Medical and surgical consultants
- Join established team of 8 physiatrists
- Participate in teaching (PM&R residency training site)
- Support regional rehabilitation programs
- 115-bed acute rehabilitation hospital
- CARF-accredited, award-winning facility
- Advanced rehab technologies:
