???? Tampa, FL — Aaron Kilbride State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. As a State Farm Agent Team Member , you’ll build and develop customer relationships in the community and help educate customers on auto, home, and life insurance . Responsibilities
- Conduct needs-based, customer-focused reviews to educate customers
- Work with the agent to meet marketing goals
- Develop leads , schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products
- Make presentations to potential customers and promote insurance solutions that help protect families and businesses
- 401(k)
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation + personal/sick days)
- Valuable experience and growth potential/advancement opportunities
- Must have active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Must have active Life & Health license
- Insurance sales experience preferred (agency/insurance sales, outside or inside sales, etc.)
- Proven ability to meet sales goals/quotas (preferred)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, outgoing, and able to present solutions confidently
