Primary Care Physician OpportunityCenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for the DeSoto, TX clinic. You will have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes. This role will be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell Senior Primary Care Clinic in DeSoto, Texas.A day in the life of a CenterWell physicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmJoin an experienced team with an established patient panelSee 12-15 patients per day. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$255,000 - $298,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
