General Surgeon

Position Overview: Mille Lacs Health System is seeking a General Surgeon passionate about rural medicine. This role offers the opportunity to perform a variety of surgical procedures and provide continuity of care for patients who rely on local surgical services. The Rural Advantage:
Salary Range: $400,000 - $500,000 for a 1.0 FTE position; Actual compensation is dependent on factors such as experience, training, specialty certifications, and market conditions.

- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
