Lead Samsung Experience Consultant

Overview This is a full‑time Retail Sales Associate position at Samsung Electronics America, located at Best Buy 477 – Lynnwood, WA 98036. The role involves driving sales of Samsung consumer electronics, including phones, tablets, wearables, and more, in a Best Buy retail environment. Day in the Life Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy. Ensure that consumers have the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision. Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, collaboration, and goal sharing. Key Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover and understand customers' needs and recommend a Samsung product that fits those needs. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist. Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support key initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Reset displays upon request and during new product launches. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
