Receptionist/Admissions PRN Weekends (Friday-Sunday)

Receptionist Position

The receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other departments, as directed. Schedule: Friday-Sunday (8a-6p). Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum qualifications:

• Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab

Desired qualifications:

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience

Knowledge, skills and ability requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
