Account Manager

Full-Time | On-Site | Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to be the go-to person for our customers, guiding them from order placement through delivery. You'll manage day-to-day relationships, coordinate orders, and partner closely with our Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to make sure every customer need is met accurately and on time. What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Process and manage orders received by email and fax Track orders from placement through delivery, proactively flagging updates and catching issues before they become problems Respond to customer questions on orders, deliveries, returns, and more Collaborate across Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving to keep customers satisfied Juggle multiple accounts and priorities without losing accuracy or attention to detail What you bring: 5+ years of customer service or account management experience EDI and SAP experience Manufacturing and/or logistics background Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A self-starter mindset and comfort working independently or as part of a team Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required. High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
