Senior Product Designer, Growth/Website (Fully Remote)

You'll join the Website team that looks after deel.com and every landing page behind it. You'll be at the centre of Deel's conversion work: designing, testing and shipping pages that turn visitors into pipeline. What you'll do: Own conversion on the website and landing pages from start to finish, spotting opportunities yourself. Bring strong visual and UI craft to every page, and keep each launch on-brand with the design system. Work with growth, performance marketing and sales to understand what the business needs. What you need to succeed: 8+ years in product design, with a portfolio showing end-to-end web design. Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing and experimentation, plus familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or GA. Strong storytelling and a feel for visual hierarchy that guides a visitor toward action. What you get: Direct impact on the first thing most prospects see of Deel. Stock grants at a pre-IPO company, fully remote work, and an optional flexible office membership with IWG. A strong design team to learn from.
