Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information
Deliver pharmacy services with compassion, excellence, and efficiency
Optimize medication regimens, perform therapeutic monitoring, and ensure safe and effective drug therapy
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient outcomes
Meet expectations of leadership competencies in a team-oriented setting
Provide clinical consultations and support interdisciplinary care

Qualifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS Pharmacy degree required
Active Pharmacy state licensure (Louisiana) required within 60 days of start date
BLS or ACLS certification required
Hospital experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety and excellence
