Compensation: $25/hr Availability: This role will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (but able to support other time zones as needed), and will be hybrid (3 days in the office). Duration : This role is set to last 3-6 months, with a high likelihood of extension Our client is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for a 3-6 month assignment. In this role, you will have a direct hand in shaping our global success and the experience people have at the firm. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage candidates through the recruiting process (ATS management, application review, interview coordination) Support and evolve a high-touch and best-in-class candidate experience Update and maintain our applicant tracking system with real-time information Develop a talent pipeline in partnership with the broader Talent Attraction Team through a variety of programs Support initiatives that enable the firm to be recognized as a "Best Place to Work" Other duties as needed. Qualifications: 1+ years of related experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or general experience supporting a recruiting team The ability to establish rapport and trust with candidates when coordinating interviews Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail Experience managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines The ability to drive results through our job competencies of decision-making, resilience and stewardship CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
