Digital Marketing Specialist

AAA Ohio Auto Club (OAC) is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist . As Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to meet and/or exceed business objectives. You will initiate and manage tactics focused on increasing search engine visibility and driving visitors to convert on the AAA OAC website. Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Assist in the development of compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales. Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to optimize web traffic and conversions Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to implement SEM & SEO strategies. Provide support in writing effective SEO content for blogs, local listings, location pages & directories, website and social media. Respond to comments, reviews and direct messages on all social media platforms. Assist members in solving technical issues on the website and AAA app. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or closely related field (required). 2 years' experience with digital marketing and search engine optimization. Microsoft Word, Excel And PowerPoint Experience (required). Experience with tools such as Google My Business, Yext and Yelp (required). Strong customer service with excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
