Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community‑based settings Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities Settings Hybrid options available In‑home and community settings Full and part‑time roles available Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Join us at Discovery ABA and embark on a fulfilling career where your skills and compassion can positively impact the lives of others.
