RN Job Requirements Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of New Hampshire Current CPR certification Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required Key Responsibilities Follow all facility policies, as well as state and federal regulations Monitor residents’ health, report changes to physicians and families, and maintain accurate documentation Administer medications and treatments safely, observing for adverse reactions Provide wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and other clinical interventions as needed Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions Arrange follow-up appointments and necessary transportation Update and review resident care plans and participate in care conferences Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize resident outcomes Maintain precise medical records while protecting patient confidentiality Why Choose Us?
