Electrical Design Engineer EIT/PE – Hybrid We are a multi‑disciplined engineering firm with 30+ years of experience, specializing in MEP engineering, energy efficiency, and commissioning of new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects. Our offices span the United States and we serve commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and other institutional projects. Job Details Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year. Hybrid work and flexible schedules are offered. Responsibilities Develop electrical designs from concept through construction completion. Prepare engineering design calculations and layouts. Produce detailed engineering reports and narratives. Coordinate electrical design requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines. Mentor junior level staff. Qualifications 6–8+ years of engineering consulting experience. BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering. EIT or PE license desired. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and building systems for institutional and commercial buildings. Proven history of designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects. Experience with educational, healthcare, hospitality, mixed‑use, multi‑family, and civic/institutional projects. Familiarity with local building codes and standards. Strong technical leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred, Not Required LEED Accredited Professional and experience with green rating systems. Interest and experience in sustainable building design. Benefits Hybrid work & flexible schedules.
