Requirements: Previous production or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to operate basic production equipment (training provided) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and move materials as needed Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Job Duties

• Resize products and materials according to company specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
• Support additional production tasks as assigned
