Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing pediatric ABA team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. This position offers a manageable caseload, opportunities for professional growth, strong clinical support, and a flexible hybrid schedule with up to two remote workdays per week. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

• Hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.

• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure, as applicable.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Passion for working with children and families.
