Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

EnduraCare AcuteCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our hospital-based Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist in acute care, LTACH, and outpatient settings. You will provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that promote safe, efficient recovery. Working closely with an interdisciplinary hospital team, you will educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and support discharge planning.
