HotelPro is looking for an experienced Regional Director to lead multi-market operations, strengthen client partnerships, drive strategic growth, and support market leaders across assigned regions. This senior leadership role implements innovative strategies to enhance financial performance, promote accountability, and foster team growth and development while engaging internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

As a Regional Director You Will...

• Build sustainable partnerships with hotel leadership teams through transparent and proactive communication.
• Communicate regularly with key clients to ensure service quality, identify opportunities, and share market trends.
• Guide market teams in developing innovative client strategies and responding promptly to client feedback.
• Resolve escalated client-related issues timely and engage new clients to gather feedback on HotelPro services and experience.
• Collaborate with market teams to create consultative, hands-on business development strategies.
• Oversee business development activities with current and prospective clients and support market rate strategies.
• Partner with leaders to understand market growth opportunities, risks, changes, and trends.
• Utilize and ensure Salesforce maintains accurate contact information, prospect database, business development activities, and reporting.
• Identify and explore potential markets for growth opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day market operations and ensure standardized policies, procedures, expectations, and initiatives are implemented and executed.
• Lead leader retention strategies, define growth paths, and monitor development actions for market teams and leaders.
• Analyze turnover metrics for key accounts to identify trends and opportunities.
• Verify and support execution of market recruiting strategies to provide top-level client service and maximize growth.
• Set KPI expectations and goals with market leaders, monitor performance, and promote continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between market operations and corporate support to solve problems and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Stay informed of workers’ compensation cases, trends, and safety concerns, and ensure safety protocols are properly followed.
• Mentor Market Leaders and teams through coaching, constructive feedback, succession planning, career pathing, and individual development planning.

As a Regional Director You Bring...

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or a customer-service-related environment.
• 4+ years of experience managing financials and budget creation.
• 3+ years of outside and/or Business-to-Business sales experience.
• Experience leading multiple branches or operations preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology.
• Ability to provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance upon hire.
• Ability to travel regularly to markets and regions.
• A leadership style grounded in Heart & Hustle, accountability, mentorship, strategic thinking, communication, and operational discipline.
