Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Nights

Position Title: LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse Location: 101 Walnut Lane, Columbia, TN 38401 Pay Details: Base rate + Shift Incentive + Pick-up Incentive + Overtime. Sign‑on bonus $5 000. Weekend differential $2.28 per hour. Night shift differential $2 per hour. Weekend contracts $2 per hour. Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 7 pm – 7 am. Licensure Tennessee LPN Nursing license required. GNs and GPNs are also hired.
