Remote Chronic Care MA/LPN - Bilingual EN/SP

Lara Health is hiring a Remote Medical Assistant/LPN to join our Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring team. This fully remote, US-based role offers flexible scheduling and a minimum of 35 hours per week.

The ideal candidate holds an active MA/LPN license, has 5+ years in clinical settings, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will monitor vitals, support MD visits, and maintain EMR records while collaborating with the care team.
