Maintenance Technician - Senior Living Community (Full Time + Benefits + $1000 Sign On Bonus)

Clarendale at Indian Lake is looking to recruit a hospitality-focused, dependable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing maintenance, grounds upkeep and some technical functions throughout the community. Responsibilities Exemplify at all times community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices. Perform a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents. Be on call every 3rd weekend for emergency maintenance needs; compensated and provided a paid 8‑hour day off during the week. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years experience in commercial/apartment building maintenance preferred. Must be able to pass a drug screen, TB skin test, and background check. Willing to be on call every 3rd weekend. Compensation and Benefits Wages start at $23/hour to $25/hour based on prior experience (all wages negotiable). $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered along with annual raises and stay bonuses.
