Candidate will support assigned service calls for 8-10 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on Company vehicle, gas card, tools, IPad, and IPhone will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with refrigeration circuits, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and other system components.
• Service and maintain pumps used in HVAC systems, including chilled water and condenser water pumps.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot rooftop units (RTUs) and advanced systems like Trane IntelliPaks.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on self-contained water-cooled units (SWUDs).
• Conduct system performance tests and ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Work with building automation systems (BAS) to monitor and adjust chiller and HVAC performance.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and recommendations.
• Extensive knowledge of Trane, York and Carrier chillers. Ideal candidate should be able to rebuild them.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on chiller systems.
• Hands-on experience with water source heat pumps (WSHP), pumps, rooftop units (RTUs), IntelliPaks, and self-contained water-cooled units (SWUDs).
• Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and principles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks.
• Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck.
• Universal CFC or EPA certification preferred.
• Excellent social skills, including oral and written communications.
• Uses computer and/or PDA for work order system, email, and training.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $72,800 annually [or $35.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $87,360 annually [or $42.00 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
