We're hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Supervisor in Freehold, New Jersey who wants leadership autonomy, a collaborative team culture, and a clear path beyond traditional caseload burnout.

You'll step into a leadership-focused behavioral health role overseeing a team of psychiatric providers while maintaining a partial clinical caseload. You'll provide operational oversight, clinical guidance, and support quality patient care initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership and a multidisciplinary treatment team.

What makes you a great fit

You are Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
You hold an active and unrestricted APRN, DNP, or NP license in New Jersey
You maintain active New Jersey CDS and DEA registrations
You have leadership experience supervising providers in a behavioral health setting
You possess strong knowledge of EMR systems and interdisciplinary care models
You are willing to travel to the Princeton clinic location as needed
You have experience with or an interest in child and adolescent psychiatry

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000-$200,000
