Job Overview bSearch Solution Group is seeking an HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, a global trading firm specializing in quantitative trading, market making, and venture capital. This role will primarily support the organization’s technology and corporate functions, partnering with leadership to deliver data‑driven HR solutions, support talent development initiatives, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with technology and corporate function leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support Support and manage early career programs, including summer internship initiatives Facilitate internal mobility efforts, including employee transfers and career progression planning Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and decision‑making Ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations across assigned business units Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion Collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams to implement programs and initiatives Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support business needs Drive execution of HR initiatives in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience: 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role Experience supporting corporate functions such as technology, finance, or operations Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support demanding client groups Skills: Strong organizational and execution skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader HR strategy Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Certifications: PHR, SHRM‑CP, or similar certification preferred but not required Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and talent management Familiarity with workforce planning, internal mobility, and early career program management Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools Strong business acumen and ability to support high‑performing teams Confidence and professional presence when working with leadership Ability to operate autonomously without overstepping boundaries Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams Company Information Company Industry: Financial Services Location: Bala-Cynwyd, PA Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Search Solution Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and respected.
