Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr.


Summary:
Data Center Security Engineer with experience in physical security operations, access management systems, and third-party risk oversight.
Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our Data Center security team as an individual contributor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our rapidly scaling Data Center infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in operations, including both general data center operations and physical security operations. They should be capable of defining a clear mid-to-long term vision in this space based on strategic business priorities, driving and supporting cross-functional projects and programs, and influencing partners to prioritize and execute against critical security initiatives. The successful candidate should have deep knowledge and experience across many of the following core areas: guard force contracting and management, alarm acknowledgement and response, incident response and management, secure operations, process and procedure standardization and optimization, and business continuity.


Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure operations management
• Broad knowledge across the physical security and risk management: physical security design.
• Expert in developing and administering secure operational processes
• General understanding of incident response, business and operational continuity, and disaster recovery, along with security's role in these processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners
• Experience identifying and communicating clear operational security requirements to inform and empower execution-focused teams and personnel
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
