Travel Physical Therapist - $1,673 per week

Position Summary Travel Physical Therapist position in Littleton, Colorado. 13‑week contract, 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour flexible shift schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and use clinical reasoning for treatment planning. Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation, including goal writing and functional quality indicator assessments. Provide care under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval. Participate in student programs as necessary, offering a positive learning environment and thorough evaluations. Create a professional development plan in collaboration with clinical management, pursuing continuous education and professional activities. Maintain licensure in good standing and adhere to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and offer feedback for quality enhancement. Required Experience & Credentials Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active physical therapy license valid in the state of practice. Prior experience with Select Medical is a plus. Schedule & Compensation This position operates on a 5x8.0 shift schedule with guaranteed hours, spanning a total of 40 hours across the assignment duration.
