Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill Part-Time Days Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking additional Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team! Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions to residents, assist with treatment plans, and promote functional independence. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other activities based on resident needs. Monitor and document progress, reporting any changes to the Physical Therapist. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program. Current Missouri state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA. Previous experience in a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
