Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of manufacturing and industrial projects across our Grand Rapids and Detroit operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who's comfortable splitting time between two sites, building strong relationships with the teams at each, and driving projects from planning through completion. What You'll Actually Be Doing Owning projects start to finish — planning, scheduling, budgets, the whole ride Bouncing between Grand Rapids and Detroit, building real relationships with engineering, ops, and procurement teams at both Wrangling timelines, taming change orders, and keeping risk registers from turning into surprise headaches Being the go‑to person contractors and vendors trust to get straight answers Walking sites regularly to check progress and keep safety front and center Keeping leadership in the loop without burying them in jargon Always asking "how do we make the next project smoother than the last one?"
