Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient / Outpatient / Swing Bed
Location: Kermit, Texas (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating and treating patients across inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings. This role prioritizes swing bed patients while also supporting a broad patient population across all age groups.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of Physical Therapist experience
- Active Texas Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)
- BLS Certification (AHA Required)
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient therapy settings
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with swing bed (SNF) patients
- Experience treating diverse age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Strong patient care and communication skills
Work Environment
- Hospital Rehabilitation Department
- Covers Inpatient, Outpatient, and Swing Bed services
- Onsite role in Kermit, TX

- Ability to prioritize swing bed patient care
- Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
