Overview
Registered Nurse – EP Lab travel assignment in Burlington, Vermont. Start date: 08/27/2026 for a 4-week engagement. Weekly pay range: $2,661–$2,775 per week. Shift: 5x8 days (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:30). Setting: hospital-based outpatient cardiac device clinic focusing on implanted rhythm management devices. This position requires strong knowledge of cardiac devices, rhythm management, and cardiovascular physiology. EPIC experience in the last 2 years is preferred, with BLS certification and a pacemaker/ICD technician program or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform device checks and programming for implanted rhythm devices (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders) in an outpatient clinic setting
- Interrogate and optimize device function, respond to alerts, and coordinate device data with the cardiology/EP team
- Monitor adult patients (age 18+) with implanted devices, assess vitals, and intervene as needed in collaboration with the care team
- Document encounters and device data accurately in the EMR (EPIC) and maintain device logs per protocol
- Provide patient education on device care, activity recommendations, and follow-up planning

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing (Vermont or eligible)
- BLS certification required
- Pacemaker/ICD technician program or equivalent job experience
- EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting; Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30 schedule; reliable transportation per local guidelines
