Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse

Location: Cleveland, OH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess recent telemetry experience and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Must hold a current and valid Ohio RN license (or Compact State license).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Two professional references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for.
