Details Telemetry unit within a hospital setting Night shift, 6:45pm-7:15am, working every other weekend 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts Epic EMR experience required Requirements Active RN license (IN or Compact) required Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience required Epic experience required Additional Information Provide safe, effective, patient and family-centered care with a focus on quality outcomes Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff members Serve as a mentor/preceptor to other staff Facilitate patient and family education throughout treatment and at discharge Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and organizational needs American Traveler Job ID P-747721.
