Job Title: Groundskeeper Job Description

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep, appearance, and safety of the HOA’s common outdoor areas. This role plays a vital part in maintaining curb appeal, supporting property values, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The position is primarily outdoors and involves routine grounds maintenance, seasonal work, and light exterior repairs.

• Perform routine grounds maintenance to ensure the outdoor areas are well-kept and appealing.
• Conduct seasonal work to support the changing needs of the landscape.
• Perform light exterior repairs to maintain the safety and functionality of the property.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently for various maintenance tasks.
• Participate in trash removal to maintain cleanliness across the grounds.

• Proficiency in groundskeeping and general labor tasks.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to perform light repairs.
• Capability to maintain general upkeep of outdoor areas.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Occasionally, you may be required to work on weekends, about once per quarter. Join a dedicated team of seven members on the groundskeeping team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burke, VA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Burke,VA.
