What You'll Do Analyze ECG recordings for accuracy, identifying arrhythmias and significant events. Review algorithm findings and ensure all patient reports meet the highest clinical standards. Communicate urgent findings to physicians promptly and professionally. Contact patients to follow up on reported symptoms and troubleshoot device disconnections, ensuring continuous, high-quality monitoring. Uphold HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality at all times. We're Looking For Required: Must have at least one of the following credentials: Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT), Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT). High school diploma (or equivalent). At least 1 year of experience in cardiac monitoring OR strong academic background in a cardiac-related field. Familiarity with medical terminology, especially cardiology-related terms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Applications will be immediately declined if you do not have CCT/RN/EMT/CRAT credentials or do not live within a reasonable driving distance of our office in Des Plaines, IL. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in cardiac telemetry, Holter scanning, or other ECG interpretation roles. College degree in a cardiac-related field, healthcare, or life sciences. Schedule: Full time preferred, 40 hours per week. Includes alternating weekends, with flexibility for regular weekend shifts a plus.
