Sales Operations Administrator

The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for executing the below defined personal duties and responsibilities, and for assisting in the day-to-day tasks and activities of the Sales Operations Department, while maintaining a strong focus on the internal/external customer experience. This role will focus on the administrative tasks and assignments to facilitate our customers, sales reps, and sales leadership team's back-office needs, allowing for positive customer experience and company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, issuance, and maintenance of wholesale builder/contractor programs and rebates in conjunction with various sales team personnel.
• Monthly report preparation and distribution of commission statements and support documentation
• Monthly sales report preparation and distribution to our Manufacturers Representatives and Internal customers
• Primary contact for customer transfers with the IT department
• Split commission reconciliation
• Monthly auditing of customer claim backs
• Maintenance of claim back database
• Prepares credits for final authorization and issuance
• Work in conjunction with the customer service department and IT to assist with EDI orders placed by customers such as pricing, model, and set up issues.
• E-Commerce customer set-ups and IMAP point person.
• IMAP/Price Scraping direct contact with Wiser. Weekly distribution of retail pricing report.

Other duties and responsibilities, yet to be defined by the Senior Manager Business Operations, may be added/deleted at a future time.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general business experience using Excel on a daily basis (testing for Excel competency may be required)
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales support or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Above average proficiency in Excel (certifications or advanced education strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic Oracle understanding is preferred but not required
