Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Rutland, VT

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1035.71 - 1087.50

Schedule: 22:00 - 06:30 (D/N)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license (willing to obtain Vermont licensure)
• 19 years of LPN experience across long-term care, rehab, pediatrics, assisted living, home health, and hospital settings
• Night shift preference and experience
• Experience working on contract or travel assignments in long-term care facilities
• Extensive direct patient care experience in various settings
• Willingness to work in a hospital environment with a focus on bedside care

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in a hospital setting during overnight shifts
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in hospital files
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education as needed
