The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Direct Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers. If you are willing to work in a dynamic environment, communicate efficiently with colleagues, and address issues openly, we invite you to join our team.**Key Responsibilities*** Coordinate efforts between Carrier Service and customers to ensure seamless product support.* Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers, including product trainings.* Review and assist with plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.* Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.* Adapt to customer specific requirements.* Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.* Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.* Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, to maintain composure in fast-paced situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.* Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.* Must have a developed understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and controls.* Must be a self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction, and excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.**Required Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED* 5+ years of HVAC Industry Experience* Ability to travel up to 5% domestically**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HVAC experience* Deep understanding of HVAC product knowledge* Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, and sense of ownership.* Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with both external customers and a multi-functional team of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates.* Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually.
