PRN Case Manager: Discharge Planning & Utilization Review

Select Specialty Hospital in Springdale seeks a Case Manager (PRN) responsible for managing patient discharge planning and treatment coordination for chronically ill patients. Candidates should have licensure in a clinical field and experience in critical care or acute care settings. Duties include utilization reviews, resource management, and maintaining financial responsibilities. A minimum availability of 2 shifts per month is required, scheduled weekdays from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
