Sales Support Specialist

Our manufacturing distributor in the Oakmont, PA area is seeking an Sales Support Specialist Provide day-to-day support to the inside and outside sales team Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Process order entry accurately and efficiently in ERP systems Assist with invoicing, pricing updates, and maintaining product catalogs Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and product records Set up new customer accounts and maintain account documentation Research plumbing parts, specifications, and product availability Assist with pricing inquiries and product information requests Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams as needed Ensure timely follow-up on customer and sales team requests Job Requirements Previous experience in the manufacturing sector preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets Experience working with ERP systems (order entry and invoicing experience required) Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
