WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct quality program reviews. Prepare monitoring reports. Assist and support programs to identify areas of needed improvement and best practices. Ensure Corrective Action Plans, external and internal, are developed and submitted; monitor the process to ensure completion of the corrective action plan. Review all significant incidents and recommend corrective actions. Monitor compliance with accreditation, standards, and regulations that are required by the agency and assigned programs. Assist the Director in funder-related activities, including audits and meetings. Other duties as assigned. Perform all other duties as assigned.WHAT WE OFFER

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with two (2) years’ experience working in a human services field. In place of a degree, relevant multiple years of experience may substitute. Computer‑literate and competent in using Microsoft Office Suites, SharePoint Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift and/or carry office supplies, files, etc., up to 25 lbs. Must be able to travel to meet the needs of the programs. Must have a valid driver's license with current auto insurance coverage.WHO WE ARE
