We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to represent charitable organizations at retail stores and shopping centers throughout the Bay Area. You’ll connect with the public, share the stories behind important causes, and encourage community members to support charitable fundraising campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Represent charitable organizations at retail stores and shopping centers. • Start conversations with shoppers and introduce them to the causes we support. • Explain fundraising initiatives and encourage people to become donors. • Build positive relationships through professional, engaging conversations. • Work with your team to achieve campaign goals. • Participate in training, feedback, and professional development.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Career Opportunities ⁃ 40-45k with opportunities for raises • Work environment: In-person fundraising • Location: Northern California Bay Area. • Career development: Opportunities to progress toward team leader, assistant manager, and manager roles, subject to performance and available positions.
