Inpatient Pharmacist Clinical Lead & Quality Advocate

Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY seeks a Pharmacist to dispense, compound, label, store and ensure proper use of pharmaceutical preparations. This role directs Pharmacy Technicians and advances the department's quality and value targets, with leadership across the medication-use process for patients of all ages.
The Pharmacist collaborates with physicians, nurses and other providers, participates in performance improvement, and may provide education to staff and the public.
