Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist

• Perform procedures such as Left Heart Cath, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, and Pacemakers
• Conduct Peripheral Procedures and Structural Heart interventions
• Manage ECMO, EKOS, and other related procedures

Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience within the cath lab specialty
• Experience in Structural Heart and ECMO required
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
• ARRT or RCIS certification
• Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited technology program (CVT/Radiology)
• 2-4 years of interventional/diagnostic experience within specialty
